Bu \u00e7iftlerde bebek Rh(+) yada Rh(-) olabilir, bebek Rh(-) ise bir problem olmaz fakat bebek Rh(+) ise kan uyu\u015fmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Rh immunizasyonuna ve baz\u0131 sorunlara yol a\u00e7abilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anne kan grubunun Rh negatif, baban\u0131n ise Rh pozitif olmas\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki hi\u00e7 durumda kan uyu\u015fmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rh uygunsuzlu\u011fu varl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda e\u011fer bebek de pozitif ise gebelik yada do\u011fum esnas\u0131nda anne kan\u0131 ile bebe\u011fin kan\u0131 temas eder ve anne kan\u0131na bebek kan\u0131ndaki eritrositler (k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 kan h\u00fccreleri) ge\u00e7er. Bu eritrositler \u00fczerinde bebe\u011fe ait Rh antijenleri vard\u0131r. Anne buna anti Rh antikoru \u00fcreterek cevap verir. Bir sonraki bebek e\u011fer Rh (+) olur ise anne kan\u0131ndaki bu ilk gebelikte olu\u015fmu\u015f anti Rh antikorlar bebe\u011fe ge\u00e7er ve bebe\u011fin kan\u0131nda eritrositlerin par\u00e7alanmas\u0131na ve bebekte kans\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa (anemi) neden olur.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anne kan grubunun Rh(-), baban\u0131n ise Rh(+) olmas\u0131 durumunda Rh uygunsuzlu\u011fundan bahsedilir.
